Previous contractors failed to generate calls and convinced our client that “industry average” was an impossible pursuit. They attributed this insurmountable challenge to the unique, hyper-specified audience they were tasked with engaging and argued that mass market averages did not provide a fair baseline for comparison to the task of generating phone call conversions.
